Sleep can evade us for different reasons at different stages of our life. It could be due to illness, anxiety, stress, having a baby or you may naturally be a light sleeper or you just take longer to get to sleep.
Taking more the recommended or prescribed dose of any medicine can be dangerous. If you accidentally take too many Sominex tablets contact your nearest accident and emergency department or doctor immediately.
